Ms. Eggleston-Williams, Esq. joined Fox & Moghul in 2024 as an Associate Attorney with a focus on litigation in business and real estate law. She has been an active member in good standing of the D.C. Bar since her admission on July 4, 2021.

Ms. Eggleston-Williams grew up in Northern Virginia, where she graduated from The Madeira School in McLean, VA, in 2011. She was a varsity soccer player, a world-championship level Irish Dancer, and an award-nominated actress in both school and professional theatre companies, including the former Firebelly Productions Theatre Co. in Arlington, VA. Ms. Eggleston-Williams remains an avid vocalist, after a lifetime of singing, from elementary school church choir, lead roles in musical theatre, to both company and solo performances in high school and college a cappella.

Ms. Eggleston-Williams graduated from Boston College in 2015 with a B.A. in Political Science and History. During her time at BC, she founded The Boston College Eagle Political Society, a non-partisan political organization committed to “Education, Debate, & Compromise.” Though perhaps a dream in the political realities of today, Ms. Eggleston-Williams led this experiment proudly and successfully as President from 2012-2015.

In 2019, Ms. Eggleston-Williams earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School Boston. Though also admitted as a “Double Eagle” to BC Law, she attended Suffolk Law on a full-tuition Trustee Merit Scholarship. Throughout law school, Ms. Eggleston-Williams not only studied full-time, but also worked as a full-time criminal and civil defense paralegal. While fellow law students were writing for a journal, or competing in moot court, Ms. Eggleston-Williams was working and learning alongside practicing attorneys in the field. She routinely played a crucial role in several matters of litigation involving both state and federal charges. Ms. Eggleston-William’s attention to detail, unique perspective, creativity and analysis of both fact and law served each and every supervising attorney in numerous triumphs, both in and out of court.

Ms. Eggleston-Williams is focused on providing the highest standard of legal representation to her clients. As a member of the DC Bar qualified to practice across all UBE jurisdictions, Ms. Eggleston-Williams is uniquely positioned to support and expand Fox & Moghul’s practice throughout the Commonwealth of VA and beyond. Certified in Legal Lean Six Sigma, Ms. Eggleston-Williams is an agent of organizational change in the legal world, streamlining process and maximizing efficacy of project management, while prioritizing relationships with clients, as well as the growth and reputation of her firm.

Ms. Eggleston-Williams lives in Fairfax County, VA, with her 11 year old Beagle, “Chief,” enjoys substitute teaching literature and persuasive writing in the English Department at her high school alma mater, makes homemade butter every holiday season, and she drives a Lincoln.
