Tarcy Lu, Esq.

Tarcy (Zhuoyan) Lu joined Fox & Moghul in 2022 as an associate attorney in the firm’s business and commercial litigation practice group. Prior to joining Fox and Moghul, Ms. Lu served as General Counsel to a major media company with over 200 employees, advising the company on a multitude of legal and compliance related issues.
Ms. Lu graduated from William & Mary Law School in 2019 and was admitted to the Virginia bar in the same year. Ms. Lu is fluent in Chinese.
