Ryan joined Fox & Moghul as a Law Clerk in 2021 focusing on business and real estate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan interned for the Honorable Deborah J. Israel of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and with several government agencies, including the Export–Import Bank of the United States, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Fairfax County Attorney’s Office.
In law school, Ryan was an online editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review. He also worked as a research assistant for Dean Hellwig and Professor Parella at Washington and Lee School of Law, respectively. Prior to law school, Ryan worked at a boutique immigration law firm in Washington, D.C. Ryan came to the United States after working as an in-house counsel for a national financial services firm in Shanghai, China.
