Ms. Ngo is a dedicated legal professional with a passion for litigation and a commitment to excellence. She is a 2023 graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law in 2023, and a native of Northern Virginia.

Ms. Ngo brings an extensive litigation background to Fox & Moghul. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and obtained her Paralegal Certificate from George Mason University in 2017. Prior to law school, she worked as a plaintiff’s civil litigation paralegal and expanded her litigation skillset during law school in her civil litigation defense clerkships. Her early career as a paralegal equipped her with invaluable experience.

During her time at the University of Richmond School of Law, Ms. Ngo distinguished herself through her commitment to the field of litigation. She honed her skills as a Student Practitioner through the Jeanette Lipman Family Law Clinic and externship at the Richmond Circuit Court, where she had the privilege of externing for Judge W. Reilly Marchant, Judge D. Eugene Cheek, and Judge Richard B. Campbell.

Throughout her legal education, Ms. Ngo excelled both academically and within the legal community. She served as the Publications and Online Editor of the Public Interest Law Review, showcasing her editorial prowess and commitment to legal scholarship. Additionally, her role as a Board Member of the Client Counseling and Negotiations Board underscored her proficiency in client advocacy and dispute resolution.

Ms. Ngo’s dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession was recognized through her receipt of the 2022 Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys (VADA) Diversity Scholarship. This honor reflects her ongoing commitment to fostering a more inclusive legal landscape.
