Sarah Kravetz joined Fox & Moghul in 2023 as an Associate Attorney with a focus on real estate and business litigation.

Since joining Fox & Moghul, Ms. Kravetz has worked extensively on complex real estate matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, commercial and residential lease agreements, mold lawsuits, trespass and nuisance cases, and partition actions.

Ms. Kravetz has a background in criminal litigation where she successfully argued several cases for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in East Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Kravetz also has extensive experience speaking with victims and witnesses where she prepared the Commonwealth’s witnesses for direct and re-direct examination. In addition, Ms. Kravetz also has criminal and civil experience writing legal memoranda for in-house and client review, motions in opposition to a new trial, motions to suppress, and multiple Superior Court Reviews (“SCRs”).

Ms. Kravetz graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law, Bristol, Rhode Island, where she developed the disciplines for appellate advocacy and brief writing. Ms. Kravetz won a school-wide Moot Court competition and earned an immediate position on to the Moot Court Board in her second year of law school, and as a third year became President of Moot Court. She placed as a semi-finalist and won 2^nd place Best Oral Advocate at the annual Esther Clarke Moot Court Competition. And in October 2021, she competed at the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition.
