Marcy Koscinski

Marcy Koscinski joined Fox & Moghul in 2024 as a Law Clerk with a focus on business and real estate law. After law school, Marcy served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Francis J. Jones on the Superior Court of Delaware. During her clerkship, she was immersed in civil, criminal, and complex commercial litigation cases, and gained substantial experience in legal research and writing. Marcy has experience in all stages of litigation and has worked considerably on matters including medical malpractice and asbestos.

Since joining Fox & Moghul, Marcy has worked on complex business and real estate matters, including settlements, business formation, business partner disputes, and homeowners’ association and condominium disagreements.

Marcy graduated from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she completed the Comparative and International Law Institute Certificate program.
