Hariton J. Wilson joined Fox & Moghul as a law clerk in 2020. With a passion for real estate law and business litigation, Hariton focuses on real estate purchase and sale contract litigation, construction litigation, contractor disputes (Classes A, B and C), and a variety of business litigation matters involving derivative actions, partnership disputes, civil fraud, noncompete agreements and defamation.
Prior to joining Fox & Moghul, Hariton clerked for another local Fairfax firm, and also served as a judicial law clerk in the Baltimore City Circuit Court. In law school, Hariton was a research assistant for his first-year Torts professor. Prior to law school, Hariton competed on the University of Maryland’s award-winning Mock Trial team for two years.
In his free time, Hariton enjoys cycling, spending time with family, and being an active member of his parish, a local church in Fairfax, that he has attended for over twelve years.
